We are automating our ATO mail process!

TNR are implementing a new system that allows us to securely deliver your ATO correspondence to you.

What does this mean for you?

If you currently receive your ATO mail from us electronically you’ll continue to do so, however the process will just be a little different.

We will now send a secure PIN code to your mobile phone via SMS message plus an email with a link to access your ATO mail. When you click on this link, you’ll need to enter your secure PIN code and follow the prompts.

If you don’t receive your ATO mail from us electronically but would like to, please feel free to let us know any time.

What’s different?

In addition to the 2-step process outlined above, the email we send to you will come from an address that is a little different to other emails you receive from us.

The email will come from :

What do you need to do?

Please let us know if you have recently changed your mobile number or email address or would like to change the way you receive your ATO mail from us.

Also, please remember to check your junk/spam inbox if you receive an SMS from us but no email – it might just be in there. If not, please give us a call as soon as you can.
