We have recently introduced an online platform to make signing and sending documents much easier for you.
From now on, when you receive communication from us which is required to be signed and returned, it may be sent via FuseSign. You may already be familiar with this platform if you have recently signed documents for us.
The email you receive will still be coming from TNR Chartered Accountants (Thomas Noble & Russell via FuseSign), however the email address will be displayed as firstname.lastname@example.org. In the communication the email will advise that we would like you to view and sign a document.
There will be a link for you to click on which will take you to the documents you need to review, then electronically sign and return. The digital signing process will require you to click on a link, type your name and enter a security code which will be sent to your phone.
The documents will then automatically be sent back to us for lodgement. This electronic process is a secure and efficient way to manage your financial documents.
