Co-operative Farming – providing education bursaries for co-operative education.

The Business Council of Co-operatives and Mutuals (BCCM) is working with the Australian Government through the Co-operative Farming Project to provide agricultural enterprises with the resources and advice they need to start or grow co-operatives. The project provides:
• An advice and information hotline,
• A mentoring program,
• Interactive website with tools, resources and online education modules
• Tailored workshops,
• A 10-episode livestream series (Co-operative Conversations) and
• Access to co-operative education through educational bursaries for 90% of the cost of co-operative education courses.

Directorship Training

Coming up soon is the highly regarded three-day Foundations of Directorship Course for Co-operative and Mutual Enterprises (CMEs) delivered online in September by the Australian Institute of Company Directors (AICD) in partnership with BCCM. For the Foundations of Directorship Course for CMEs, Co-operative Farming can offer a 90% bursary to eligible applicants.

Co-operative Conversations

Co-operative Conversations is a livestream series featuring farmers and producers who are successfully using cooperative farming business models to transform their business and communities.
